Soundbath & Guided Journaling with Jenny Kaya

Join us at Papelería Society for a morning of stillness, reflection, and intentional journaling led by Jenny.
This guided experience invites you to slow down, turn inward, and create space for the season ahead through breathwork, guided meditation, a restorative sound bath all in combination with intentional journaling and reflection
Inspired by the transition into fall and the Metal element, our practice will center around discernment and release — letting go of what no longer serves us, getting clear on what deserves our energy, and reconnecting with our center.
Come as you are. No previous meditation, sound bath, or journaling experience is needed — just bring your journal, an open mind and a willingness to slow down for a little while.

Creative Journaling Workshop with Rachel Dowda

Join local artist Rachel Dowda at Papelería Society for a night of interactive journaling! Learn playful mixed-media techniques like flaps, cut-outs, layering, and pop-ups, with plenty of time to experiment and build your own pages.
No art experience needed. All supplies are included — just bring your own journal (or grab one in-store at 10% off before we begin). You'll leave with a goodie bag to keep the creativity going at home.
